The Summer Lunch has been booked for 13th June 2024 at Broome Park Country Hotel and Golf Course Folkestone Road, Denton (the A260). 12:00 for a 13:00 meal

The Lunch should have cost £48 per person but the hotel have kindly reduced it to £35. As a result Members attending will be charged £30, Non - Members £35, and widow(ers) £15.

Old Comrades
This year's Old Comrades Lunch will take place on the 25th July 2024 at the Cornwallis Suite, Courtney Road, Tovil, Maidstone. Further details will be sent out in due course from FHQ.

Please consider coming to the event as a time to catch up on friends and colleagues. In the past, the meals have been excellent and the banter good if not always PC

East Kent Reunion
Since the end of Covid I have been trying to arrange a branch reunion for those of our members who served and lived in the East of our Branch area.
​
It now seems that due to research by David Edwards this may be nearing fruition. I am most grateful to David and his contacts.
​
Jason Deacon, the Thanet, rep has kindly undertaken to arrange this event but at the moment it is looking favourable that the venue will be the Thanet Wanderers Rugby Club, Broadstairs. A lovely place where I have had many post match siorees

Ashford Reunion
This year's Annual Reunion for the West of the Branch area will again be hosted at the Sandy Acres Sports Club, Sandyhurst Lane, Eastwell, on Thursday 8th August 2024.

Remember this event is hosted and funded by the East Kent Narpo so guests are not allowed. However members from all over the Branch are free to attend

This year's Christmas Lunch has again been booked at the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge. (I think I'd be lynched if I moved it). 12:00 on Thursday 12th December 2024.

Please note that this event is extremely popular and so I'm afraid we will have to impose a cut-off date for bookings as the 1st December 2024. Both Chloe and myself were pulling our hair out this year but we made it.

(We have been assured by the Boxley Parish Council Secretary that, as long as you are using the hall, you can park in Tesco car park).
Refreshments will not be provided, but you are more than willing to bring your own.
There will be a raffle and a ‘super’ prize for the winning team on the night.
